R: roll your own sushi night
F: My DS' birthday dinner w/ ILs, doing fish/shrimp tacos
Sa: spaghetti night
Su: Going out for DS' birthday birthday
Mon: Rice, Vietnamese Clay Pot fish (Ca Kho To), braised cabbage with bacon
Tue (soup night): Probably chicken stew
Wed: Chinese BBQ pork buns, Peking style
Thurs: Probably use the Wed BBQ for Vietnamese wonton soup

on a bed of QUINOA
topped with onion & red pepper sauteed in evoo & coconut oil with curry/ginger/soy sauce
salad of finely chopped red cabbage with gratede carrot/avocado/tomato/orange evoo and balsamic vinegar.
