Gooey butter cake-making ahead of time

Hey ladies!

I'm making gooey butter cake from this recipe for a Friday morning potluck.  If I make it tonight, will it keep well until Friday?  (I've also got to prepare a soup and a salad, and tomorrow's Bunco night so I was trying to prep at least one thing ahead of time.)

Also, what would storage look like?  I assume cling wrap in the fridge?

  • Yep, it keeps really well.  I usually make mine in a glass 9x13 and just put the lid on it, keep it on the counter.  Doesn't even need to be redrigerated if you're short on fridge space.
