It went FABULOUSLY! When he came in he asked if we could walk her up and down the lobby so he could see how she was doing. His jaw DROPPED when he saw how well she was doing and he goes "there are dogs that aren't necessarily toe touching yet, she's doing amazing!"
She can do stairs (thank god! climbing over that baby gate was a pain and starting to get difficult for me) and can go on shorter walks (aka I can take her around the block, DH can't take her on the longer one yet). She can also have puppy battles as long as they don't get out of hand. He even said that they can run around the back yard together in small amounts.
We took Collins to doggie daycare today so she's tired so we figure tomorrow we'll let them wrestle a bit with lots of supervision.
And the BEST part! He said when we have to kennel them in about 3 weeks that she should be good to play with the dogs all day. We're gonna tell the owner to keep an eye on her (owner used to work for the vet) and if she gets too crazy kennel or separate her as needed.
Well of COURSE!!
Oh YAYYYAY!!!! Omg thats awesome!! Huh, our Vet never asked to watch him walk...either time
