Cat pee experts - update: it's Lily!
Still separating the kitties, but in doing so, I've seen so far they have each had a big pee ball in their litterboxes today. Do you think that means these random pees are just behavioral? If it was UTI related, wouldn't the pees be smaller? I'm going to call my vet tomorrow, but curious about your experiences/thoughts.
I feel so guilty about locking the kittens up in their room tonight! (I felt less guilty about locking Lily up today because she is lazy and doesn't move all day anyway).

I think that's a good sign but I wouldn't rule out a health issue without testing. Hope everything is okay!
Do you think it could be Lily when she's stressed out from the kittens?
I'm just thinking (if this makes sense) that maybe when the kittens are out and about she's stress peeing - but when she's in a room by her self, the stress is removed, therefore no pee....
Update:
It's Lily. I found a dried pee spot in my room last night which could have been her from yesterday. I locked the kittens in their room last night and left her out, and there was another pee spot in the living room this morning.
She has a vet appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning. I left them all out together today because it seems that it doesn't help to have them separated. Poor Lily! Hopefully she is OK since it's not small pee spots, but we'll see.
I've tried everything in the FAQ, although I need to try a new scented litter. I bought a new box yesterday and forgot to fill them last night. I just can't figure out what else to do. Maybe she needs some anxiety meds to ease her through the transition?
I feel an incredible amount of guilt. She's never gone out of the box in 11 years and now I've stressed her out so much. She already lost her brother and then I bring home two kitties who she finds incredibly annoying. Obviously they are here to stay, but I feel so bad that I've upset her so much.

I'm glad you figured out who it was -- that's a huge step. Maybe look into a comfort collar. Tinker (my stress pee-er) responds well to them even though there are a lot of negative reviews on amazon.
Had you used a collar on your cat before? She's never had a collar on - would it freak her out even more? I'm willing to try anything though!
Oh - and does anyone have the Cat vs. Cat book. Mine is still loaned out. What do they say about Feliway spray near the pee spots? I can't remember.
ETA: is this the collar?

While I've never used this collar - Rosco Cat wears one now and never did before we adopted.
It did take him awhile to get used to it. So we had to take it off and put it on for longer periods of time for him to be comfortable with it. If this is a route you want to try with Lily, I would say go for it, but she might be mad at you for a bit.
Yup. It worked for a few days and I really thought it was going to be the answer... but then more pee.
