Re: OOTD
I like your dress, Cran!
Cali, no belt. It's not necessary.
I'm also a fan of the pink dress.
I love these posts. They make me think of outfits that I wouldn't normally put together. They also make me realize how much of my closet is green, purple, or gray.
Things I love: Mashed's sweater, HT's shoes and shirt, Moo in blue, everything about Christin, her perfect face and makeup, Lucy's hair, Cali in boots!, Kristen & Hezz's whole outfits. I also dig all the boots with skirts and dresses. I need to do that more...once I buy some dresses. I got some new boots yesterday:
cran, here's the detail:
Thanks

I'm late to the party today. I went to bed at like 7 last night, and I'm still exhausted today. I think I might be coming down with something. Bleh.
What the hell? I posted a reply in this thread that seems to have disappeared.
Vicki -- I thought you and I had the same calf size? Did yours get smaller or did you find boots that fit? I want moar boots real bad. If my calves were smaller, I would have a serious boot problem. Worse than coats.

These are wide calf boots. Even so, I have to work hard to stuff my meaty calves in them. And they cut off my circulation for a couple of hours until they broke in a little bit. It was totally worth the pain though.

I didn't take a picture today, but it's nothing special since today is just a travel day.
These posts have convinced me that I need to wear dresses more. I feel like I would need fairly casual dresses for work to not be too out of place. Okla, help me?

Hi guyths, I'm back! And dude, I managed to work lunch and a pedicure into my tax time excursion!
You guys, I got so many compliments today which has, in turn, completely made my day. And I realize that it's all thanks to you guys. Doing this OOTD thing has been a really good shake-up for me, it's so easy to find yourself in a rut (in any capacity, really) so doing something like this feels so refreshing. When I was looking through my closet last night, I realized that all my old work stuff hasn't been touched in so long that there's actually a layer of dust that's settled over the shoulders/hanger outline.
So, uh... don't look too closely at my shoulders.
and expect to see a lot more office appropriate gear on my stay-at-home body. I think trying to work in old pieces will help keep me from running to the store after seeing all your looks, and hopefully I'll keep trying new things. I totally pulled "The Okla" blue shirt to try on last night after being inspired by her color yesterday. And I let Nov speak through me based on seasons and fabric choices. Thith ith getting very fun, yeth.
Now for some comments because I didn't want to risk texting and driving becausemyregistrationexpeiredonvalentinesdayWHAT?
Nov - your day is almost over, I hope to God you wore that belt navy side out. Ha, I keed, I keed... either way it looks awesome, but for the office, I think I like the navy. Very, very flattering.
