Qdoba anyone?
Recently my DH and I were up at Patriots Place in Foxboro, MA. We were going to hit up CBS Scene for appetizers and drinks before we went to the movies but the wait was almost 2 hours. We needed something quick, so we slipped into Qdoba for some fast food Mexican.... Long story short, i absolutely fell in love with thier Mexican Gumbo. Like could eat it every day. I want to make it at home and was looking to see if any of you lovely ladies had a recipe that i can recreate? Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure that's just their chicken tortilla soup with burrito fixings added, right?

That post also includes a recipe for Chipotle's chicken, which is similar to Qdoba's.
And then I'd just add some seasoned beans, cheese, tortilla strips, sour cream etc.
