Can anyone recommend a powerful lightweight cordless vacumn??
I am sick of my old one that is heavy and with the cord. Thanks in advance.
Re: Can anyone recommend a powerful lightweight cordless vacumn??
I have the Hoover Linx. Dare I say, I love it more than my Dyson.
It has an lithium-ion battery what that means is it charges w/in 3 hours (compared to 8-12) and you don't loose suction as the battery loses power. And supposedly the battery itself lasts through more uses/charges.
With pets and a kid, there is nothing easier or more convenient for messes or just doing light housework. I use it multiple times a day and only bring out my Dyson maybe once a week to do the heavy vacuuming. Plus, it goes places my Dyson can't - under couches, between dining chairs, I even use it to clean the back of the SUV after the dog's been in it. It has carpet and bare floor settings (easier to change than my Dyson's) and both work great.
I can't say enough good things about it.
ETA I just realized you may have been asking about handhelds? If that's the case I have never, ever found one I liked, ESPECIALLY cordless. I've given up my search and just use the attachments on my Dyson to do stairs, furniture, etc.
I have one called 'The Shark' and its awesome!
