Central Denver Restaurant Recs
does anyone have a current favorite restaurant in central denver? (preferably govs park, wash park, cherry creek - or other spots just not downtown).
Re: Central Denver Restaurant Recs
Well, my neighborhood fave is Lala's in Govs Park
Todd's fave is Steubens for a good neighborhood restaurant
In Cherry Creek we love Rodney's
If you are looking for something fancier that people tend to overlook, we love Avenue Grill
I could rattle off a bunch more, but those are tried and true faves.
Spirit of Power
Eat, Drink, and be Keri
Fancy, not fancy, type of food?
I like Cafebar on Alameda (Wash Park) or Izakaya Den on South Pearl. I have some other faves but they are fancier.
Our absolute favorite seafood restaurant (they have non-seafood stuff, too) is on S. Gaylord - Mel's Gill and Grill. So good!
We also love Cheeky Monk's mussels and fries, and beer. This is on Colfax a couple blocks from the Capitol.
Hamburger Mary's is my favorite burger - on 17th.
Hillstone (used to be named Houston's and only the name changed; same menu) in Cherry Creek is really good. This is probably the only chain restaurant I really like.
PAIF and SAIF welcome. IVF questions welcome, too.
The Saucy Noodle.... University/Exposition.
Although I'm a little biased because I've worked there for 10 years... through high school, undergrad, and now grad school.
