The biggest fight I can remember my parents getting into in recent years was when my mom was about to turn 50 and my dad signed her up for AARP. He was SO excited when he joined, and thought she would be too (WTF, right? Silly, silly man). She was so mad she didn't talk to him for 4 days!!
And you do get some great discounts!
No more baby siggie pics. Boo.
You'll always be a hot mama, no matter what group wants you to join. I'd enjoy the discounts and the looks when people question if you're really old enough to be a member.
