Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Assumption School or St. Virgils Academy
Anyone know anything about either or both schools? The academics, teachers, overall thoughts on the schools...any info is appreciated. Looking into schools for my daughter and want to make a choice that's the right fit.

I wish I had more to offer than this, but I know families who have put their kids into Assumption School (and seem pretty happy) and I know families who have their kids into Our Lady of Mercy Acadamy,(and seem pretty happy too) I don't know anyone who's sent to St. Virgil's Academy. (what this says to me is that these are the schools where there are lots of happy families. Or maybe it's just less expensive.) Good Luck with your choice for your kids.

I'm a lurker and don't usually post, but my mom is a teacher at Assumption. My brother and a bunch of cousins have all gone to the school and 2 of much cousins are still there. It's a fantastic school and if we lived closer I would be sending both of my kids there.
I don't know much about St. Virgils but I can answer any questions about Assumption you might have!
