I need to find something that will actually flatten my stomach. I went shopping the other night and tried a few and they didn't do anything. I have a BM dress that I need to wear in a month and another dress that I need to buy for a bridal luncheon.
This is so depressing. I saw the dress post below and found the perfect dress online but of course they are sold out for my size. No woman should have to do this kind of shopping a month after giving birth. My brother owes me!

PAIF and SAIF welcome. IVF questions welcome, too.
When I was in my friends wedding 3 months pp wearing a beautiful but completely unforgiving matte jersey dress, I doubled up the bike short-like Spanx and called it a day. My stomach wasn't anywhere near flat, but It gave me a smooth look at the very least.
I feel your pain.
Here is somewhat of a similar dress (if you ignore her mega boobs). I've bought from here before and like the dresses.
