Can anyone recommend a marriage/family counselor 20 miles from West Orange?
Yes, it's for my husband and I, but no, we're not really having detrimental issues. I just think (and he does also) that it might be beneficial to have a middle man to talk about issues we have as they arise instead of jumping down each others throat the way we do.
Anyone know of someone good in this area? There are a few that are in W. Orange that my insurane takes, but I know nothing about them...
While I have your attention, anyone hear of:
Golin, Keith
Fichtenbaum, Joyce
Amabile, Toni Ann
Young, Wayne
Thanks!
Re: Can anyone recommend a marriage/family counselor 20 miles from West Orange?
Thank you!!
Someone on here once recommended Wendy Pollack http://www.wendypollack.com/ out of West Caldwell but I can't remember who. They used her and liked her. I only remember because I was considering going but she is kinda far for me, although still not out of the question. Trying to find one closer but if not, I may call her as well.
Also I do know a male friend who used Jeff Brandler, http://www.changeispossible.org/ and really benefited from him. Not sure if you or your husband prefers a male, but he is in Mountain Lakes, down 46, so not too bad a ride for you, you would prob go 280 to 80 and then get off right at Cherry Hill Rd near him.
You could also check www.psychologytoday.com to look up profiles for free. I really like that site!
GL! I think it is good to be proactive!
