So after replacing the faucet, DH realized the sink was not attached and would be simple to replace! So we are getting a new one. Our old one is a 40+ year old ceramic cast iron sink (who knows where he got it since the house was rebuilt after a fire 13ish years ago). It showes its age, is rusting a lot of places. I love how it is 2 sections, one smaller. But hate the fact that it is rusting.
This is a picture of part of the kitchen when we bought the house (during inspection before closing)
You can see the color of our cabinets with silver hardware and white appliances.
We got this faucet (had great reviews, was easy to instal and I like it)
Since we are replacing the sink, have to decide if I want porcelain white or stainless. I like the divding sinks, and would love for the divider to be shorter than the rim so I don't accidentally pour over it and get water all over myself.
A similar shape to this
We like 2 but could easily be convinced to have 1 (the smaller of the 2 is the garbage disposal)
And sort of liking this one too (but now realize that it does not have a hole for the soap)
So I guess the meaning of this post, is go with stainless or white sink...
Has anyone used the composite sinks? How do those work?
Re: Kitchen Sink...
And yay, for new things for the house, that's always fun!
Thank You! That is what I was thinking too. And yeah we are keeping white appliances. I like how it looks, we recently replaced the dishwasher with white, and I think stainless would be too much for the neighborhood.

BTW, you can get the white in double. I know you're in a hurry, but I've ordered from this place before:

Their shipping was pretty fast. I guessed on a top mount.
