What method do you use? I did the Zoom whitening years ago for my wedding. It was intensely painful afterward for me. I'm at a point where I want to whiten again. I was thinking about trying the Crest White Strips and wondered if they were really that great. Any other methods that work really well and aren't terribly painful for sensitive teeth?

I do this simple thing:
take a q-tip. Put a little hydrogen peroxide on it and rub it on my teeth. Then I rinse my mouth out. I do this twice a day.
This is what my dentist recommended.

I love this. Have you noticed a difference?
YES! It took a couple weeks to notice it. I did receive a couple comments from friends that they have noticed a difference too! Also, I still drink coffee and red wine. Sometimes if I have more coffee than my typical two cups, then I will go brush my teeth and rub the hydrogen peroxide on. I recommend doing the same.
I had Iveri whitening done at my dentists. It uses a solution and UV light but there was absolutely NO pain and no sensitivity. I have sensitive teeth already, so wouldn't have attempted it otherwise.
I think it's relatively inexpensive. Mine was free, as long as I keep up with my regular cleaning.
