Extended BF Moms...
Evie only nurses morning when she wakes up and right before bed. I think she is kind of starting the weaning process since sometimes she will drink and drink and others it is more like a sip or doesn't want any. We are going with the she will be done whenever she wants to be method.
Anyways, I know some of you have done trips away form your kids. i think we need one... but - did you bring your pump and pump normal feeding times (so for me 7amish and 7pmish). If you were away (recently I know Jennrs was when you were in Mexico) did you do this and bring home the BM or just toss it?
I think that is one of the reasons I don't want to go away. i don't want to loose my supply or have her wean while I am away....
Re: Extended BF Moms...
I took my pump to Mexico with me and I pumped 3 times/day for 20 minutes. I just dumped the milk--I was drinking a lot and didn't want to mess with transporting. If I were you I would only pump at the times she is currently nursing. Neena was totally ready to nurse when we got back too.
Where are you guys thinking about going?!

No where yet, but was thinking in the shower yesterday that it would be nice to get away as just us.. But thinking one of the resorts in the area or martha's vineyard or something....
