I'm throwing a baby shower for my sister in law next Saturday. It starts at 11, and m doing a brunch, there will be about 30 people. Here's my menu. Thoughts or changes? Think I need anything else?

Bacon/Cheddar/Scallion mini scones
Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast casserol
French Toast Casserole
Phyllo Cups with Classic Chicken Salad
Lemon Orzo Pasta Salad
Green Salad (not sure what kind yet)
Desserts:
vanilla bean cupcakes with blackberry buttercream
lemon bars
chocolate fudge cake pops
Drinks:
Water
Lemonade
Orange Juice
Sparkling pear mocktail

Your menu looks nice! That is a lot of food though and the menu is a little confusing for a brunch. I would get rid of the casseroles and one of the desserts. I would add in something a little lighter like your chicken salad cups, maybe something like ham and cheese tarts?
How sweet of you to prepare all the food. I'm sure it will be lovely! (take pictures!)
