Dreams...

Hey girls, just wondering if you have vivid dreams like I do sometimes about the Ex and/or dating....

About 2 weeks ago, I had a dream I was with my exH and we were married and we were laying in bed in the morning and I was trying to initiate sex by kissing his chest and he pretended to be asleep.....I don't know how I knew he was pretending, but i did. And that is all I remember.

Then, I had a dream that his parents bought a house a few doors down from my mom and dad's......I marched to the front door and told his mom off.

Last night, I had a dream that this guy who I went out with in October (who I really thought we hit it off very well, he asked me out again, and then never followed up. I ended up contacting him and he said he met someone else and wanted to see how it went.....meanwhile I see he's got an active membership on match again) --in my dream, I was at Home Depot, ran into him and somehow we ended up back at my mom and dad's house and had a pretty physical interaction.......this morning when I woke up, I was like "NO, let me go back into that!!!"

I just wonder what goes into creating all of these dreams......

 I do all the time, sometimes even about mystery guys that Ive never seen before. I actually dreamed about my last serious BF on Valentine's Day. I just attribute it to my mind thinking about being lonely.

I get them too. I've had some pretty vivid sex dreams lately where I have an orgasm in my sleep.  Last week I had a dream I was giving my FWB a BJ and woke up bobbing my head into the pillow.

Certainly not as cerebral as your dreams but I have very weird ones too!

I did last night. I dreamt he beat me because my utility bill was too high. So random. He never hit me, so that was just weird. In the same dream, he ended up dying in a hotel bathroom. It was vivid enough that I texted to see if he was okay this morning.

 

When we were still married, I had a dream that he got a girl in my playgroup pregnant. Turns out he was having an affair. Not with her, and he didn't get anyone pregnant, but I think my subconscious picked up on signs that my conscious mind hadn't yet.

OMG... I totally have these. They SUCK. Sometimes I'm mad in the dreams, sometimes we get along/get together, sometimes I don't even know. What's worse is when OW is them. I knew her, and we hung had hung out quite a few times, so I know her enough to dream about her apparently. Last dream was me confronting her, and she just hung her head. Dude...THOSE dreams are the worst. I have them less and less, But both are enough to throw me off for at least a few hours post dream. Belch.

All my dreams involving my X are about him attacking me or my child... Or being in court pleading with a judge not to give him visitation.

I actually had my first dream (post-split) about XFI not too long ago!  It was just sort of nostalgic...we were talking and catching up, but there was a lot of sadness that we hadn't been able to make it work.  That's probably what it would be like if we were to meet up in real life, interestingly enough...he's a really nice guy, and he will make someone very happy some day...we just weren't a good fit.
