Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Any flavor is fine, looking for a recipe/technique that makes muffins that aren't too dense, like mine always turn out. What's your favorite? Healthy is a plus, but not required!

I learned on this board that it's more technique than recipe. I use a hand blender to cream the wet ingredients very well then incorporate the dry by hand with a rubber spatula or a whisk. Don't over beat/mix it, pour then bake
