London broil?

Lost the recipe I used to use - its been a few years since I made it

How do you prepare/cook London broil - and will it be soft enough for a 15mos old or should I have a backup for her (she is a good eater but does have trouble with things like quesadillas which I thought were soft enough...)

London broil tends to be a tougher cut of steak, 15mo old may have a hard time chewing... We gave our little one steak around that age, but tender cuts (fillet, ribeye ) and in very small pieces

We cook it all the time.  It can be tender.  My husband is the cook.  When he wakes  I will find out how he cooks it but our little one has been eating it for months.

What size crockpot do you use? I have a 6qt and it's been very hit or miss with recipes

Yup- I use my 6 qt.

When I make small recipes I put them in a covered oven safe dish and stick the dish inside the crockpot. It works perfectly.
