Rec Your Rewards CC

I really want to get a better rewards cc.  Interest rate isn't as big of a deal because we try to keep a 0 balance.  Anyone have one they love?

Re: Rec Your Rewards CC

  • I pretty much like all of them that we have. We have a united one, even though we typically fly SW, because there are lots of far destinations we can't get to with SW. I also have a cash back with discover, and use it as my clothing budget. We also do costco's Amex, partially because we shop there so much. Kind of depends on what type of reward you are looking for, cash or miles.

  • We love our Discover Card.  We use it to redeem for GC, mostly for clothes for the boys or restaurants, but I've used them for all sort of things.
  • I've had a Chase Rewards card for about 6 years. They have a really good selection of gift cards, IMO.
  • i have had my discover rewards card for years and have always been happy.  i got a southwest rewards card last year because they were doing 2 free RT tickets, and i've been really happy with it since. my points accumulate really fast.
  • We love our discover. We pay the card off every month and exchange in the rewards for gift cards to bed bath & beyond. With combining the gift cards with their 20% off coupons, we have gotten tons of stuff for our house free - like our Dyson.
  • I have a Chase Rewards and always get the cash back option.  I think it is a decent card for building up points and cashing them in.  They also have quarterly promos where you get extra points for certain purchases like online shopping, home improvement, hotels and gas, etc.

  • We have a Capital One card which I love, love, love and Costco Amex, oh and REI cause it's fun to get a dividend at the end of the year :)
