Asbestos fur (aka GSP fur)
Collins' fur is like asbestos, it gets EVERYWHERE and just kind of floats. DH was vacuuming the couch today and had a heck of a time getting it off.
Well they're starting to shed and I want to get some good de-furing in but both the regular wire brush I have and the furminator knock-off that I have don't work well on Collins. Part of that is my fault cuz I don't brush her enough to make her not afraid of the brush (she's a rather skiddish dog).
Does anyone have a suggestion for what I can do for her furry situation? She's got classic GSP fur I would say....

HAHAHA!! I don't have any advice, I just had to tell you that your post title made me Lol! Well..the post itself did too!
HA! Yeah, we don't brush Coop at all, Im even mildly OCD about cleaning & for some reason his hair doesn't bother me in the house....in my car however, thats a different story! Drives me NUTS!
