I'm almost there!
It's a very, very good day. This morning was the end of the Crucible, which means H is now (as far as I know) officially a Marine. I will hopefully get a phone call tomorrow, and I will see him Thursday!
Also, my tightest pair of jeans fit again!

Hopefully you get a call.... the only one I got was the one around week 10ish for travel arangements, no call after the crucible.

I'm having a nice day... sept in, had a really great pilates class, cooked a great lunch, took my dog on a walk... now I am listening to music & working on a photo gift for DH's birthday..

Yay that's wonderful!
I'm having a great day too! E woke up this morning wanting to do whatever I wanted. We went to the Flee Market down the road from our house for the first time, it was horrible! So now we know not to go back there. Went to our favorite farmer's market got some blood oranges, fresh sour dough bread from the Sacramento Baking Company, some chicken and some beef stir fry meat from a local farmer. Came home and cleaned, gave E a hair cut, made some tomato sauce to go with dinner tonight and read my book and took a nap. My Grandpa and cousin came by for a while and now we are just chilling until E's meat balls are done and then I need to go cook up some noodles.
Oh and my shingles are almost completely gone!!!!
I'm so glad everyone else had a good day too!
I know not to get my hopes up for a phone call tomorrow, but I'm keeping my phone in my pocket on vibrate at work all day tomorrow anyway.
He is at Parris Island. They finished it this morning, Family Day is Thursday, and graduation is Friday.
I swear time is crawling now that it's so close.
