Breastfeeding question-increase milk supply
I go back to work on Tuesday and so far, I am barely able to pump enough to feed my baby. I have been pumping after feeding DD for about 20 minutes. While DD is at daycare, I pump for 30 minutes each time. I started taking More Milk Plus on Wednesday and haven't noticed an increase in supply. I really want to be able to continue to provide breastmilk for my DD, but don't know what else to do. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Ditto Larissa. Have you tried a middle of the night or early morning pump session? I don't pump all night and then get a ton first thing in the morning. My supply grew very gradually and now is pretty consistent and I can freeze in addition to what LO eats each day. I EP though and that is a different ball of wax (:

How is your supply when you pump in place of a nursing session (rather than after)?
I would ditto the others to make sure you are eating and drinking a lot, and breast compressions helped me with pumping at work. Also looking at pictures or videos of your LO while pumping can stimulate letdown.
I took Mother's Milk PLus (the capsules work best) when I needed a little boost, but it would only give me an extra oz. per pumping session.
If you struggle when you are back to work, definitely see an LC.
