Lurker here needing some help: I have two things that I've never used I'm wondering what in the heck to do with them!
First thing: a package of wonton wrappers. I know there are lots of uses for these, I just haven't found the right one in my google searches. (most of the recipes I've found involve deep frying, which I can't do. Greasy food is really hard on my stomach).
Second: There is a huge wall of bagged dried chiles at a local grocery store. I am fascinated by them, but don't know how I'd use them. Any ideas?
We eat pretty much everything. We're more ethnic food eaters than meat and potatoes, but everything goes. We also eat relatively healthy, but that doesn't mean we can't splurge on a good recipe.
TIA!
Re: Uses for dried chiles and/or wonton wrappers?
Dried Chilis - you can Google, there are a few recipes where you can make chili oil.
Wontons- I love wontons and have a bunch on my blog and a bunch more coming since this seems to be a common question around here!

I have a package of wontons I've been using for 3 weeks to get rid of them!
I've filled them with sausage and cheese, turned them into pumpkin ravioli, made them into crab rangoons, pork dumplings, and taco bites.
