PF (hi!)

Hey guys.  I never post on here anymore.  I used to all the time, though.  I promise!

I think I have plantars faciitis.  Let me know what you think.

I'm training for a marathon (3/10/12), but I don't run more than 30 miles/week at MAX.

Last weekend I ran a marathon (as part of training) with no pain.  I was only planning on running 23 but what's the difference between 23 and 26 when you're having fun?

I ran this past week (recovery week) three times midweek for a total of 10 miles.  I was not sore or anything during this time.

I ran 7 miles yesterday morning.  Mid afternoon I got the worst onset of pain in my heel.  I felt the need to put on shoes and ice.  This pain has not been gradual as many PF sites say it is, but it seems localized to the right area.

Do you think it is PF or just a sprain of some sort?  WWYD?
