How can I make my soup less spicy
I made black bean soup for H, only it's a little too spicy for his taste (I love it). Is there a simple way to tone it down? Should I just add more vegetable stock?
Re: How can I make my soup less spicy
My guess would be to cook the raw potatoes in the soup, so they will absorb some of the seasoning. You could always remove the potatoes and throw them out if you don't really want their addition.
I had no idea there were so many different things to do to tone down too spicy. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_can_you_do_to_tone_it_down_if_you_make_your_chili_too_spicy
