Max is refusing to take a bottle. He was taking it just fine till yesterday, now he jut screams and screams and screams. I don't go back to work till April, but my daycare lady is gonna kill me if I bring another bottle hating baby to her.... Anyone had a baby that took it for a few months and then briefly refused, but went back to it? Lexi never took it, but I'm hopeful since he was taking it without problems that this will be short lived. We just spent an hour fighting with him to take one ounce. Mostly it just dripped in his mouth, he didn't really latch onto it until the very end and then only briefly.... I cannot believe we are doing this again!

Re: Crap, crap, crap
Both of mine bottle boycotted at one point or another.
Both went back to the bottle.
They won't let themselves starve to death but they'll darned sure stress you and rip your heart out in the process of figuring it all out!
For us switching to latex nipples and drop ins bottles was the key both times (along with a lot of Daddy help so they couldn't smell the goods).
Stay strong, keep trying, enlist the help of non-lactating people and you will get thru this!
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
