bacon rosemary chix w/ beans,
beer braised beef w/cauliflower mash,
burgers wtih bleu cheese onion sauce and broccoli cheddar bites,
Ina's Herb Salmon (and some veggie),
Lettuce Wraps,
Ranch Chix, Chix parmesan(no bread crumbs) w/ parm broccolini,
Lemon Chix & broccoli,
MuShu Chix,
Creamy buffalo chicken breast,
Chicken w Shallot sauce,
Drunken Taco,
Fajitas,
eggs and Bacon with Berry & yogurt salad.
All of my recipes lately have been low cal/low fat - this week included!

Tues - Italian Ziti Bake w/Chicken
Wed - French Onion Sherpherd's Pie
Thurs - Stuffed Peppers
Fri - Leftovers
I'm no help:
Tonight: eating alone: Large salad with spinach, chicken, cucumbers, green bell peppers, tomatoes, light ranch
Tomorrow: date night: Probably Zombie Burger
Wednesday: eating alone: salmon, quiona, asparagus
Thursday: going to a Women's Night Out with H's 12-year-old cousin - supper, Zumba, and yoga
Friday: pork chops, brown rice, sauteed spinach with lemon

Burgers & tots
Papa Murphy's Pizza
