We're grilling green chile cheese(turkey)burgers. I don't have a side planned, but I suppose I could make some sort of cherry tomato salad if I get ambitious.
Re: WFD?
I'm having ricotta pancakes (leftovers) with sauteed spinach, pan-roasted balsamic grape tomatoes, roasted chicken (leftovers), and a little mozzarella and parmesan. And cabernet sauvignon.
And I always feel like burgers should be a meal on their own- the patty is protein, the bun is a carb, and if you top it with lettuce, tomato, avocado or whatever, you're set.

I made Chicken in Lemon Cream with Penne by Giada. I added artichokes and served it with a simple green salad and foccacia.
Dessert was chocolate caramel, pecan sundae.
Ha, happy to help!
