Let me know if you spot this couch at Costco

The D & R nesties are constantly raving about this couch.  It's only $800!!!!!  A lot of them have spotted it at their local Costco.  The one in Parker has a smaller one that is definitely brown and not grey.  If any of you see this IRL, will you let me know?  It's such a great deal that I may have to hop on it.

Um- I have that and bought it a few years ago at Costco.  I agree, I love it and it's held up really well with two kiddos.   But I haven't seen it recently (although I wasn't looking either).  I'm in Costco often, so if I see it, I'll page you.

Love it.  I would have been interested in that at the end of December when I was moving.   I was at the Park Meadows location this afternoon and did not see it there.

Some of the D&R nesties have seen it recently.  It's definitely an obsession on that forum and I can see why.  I am immediately in love with it.  The price is ridiculous.  Obviously it isn't online so you have to spot it at your local Costco in order to buy it.

They have it in Bozeman.  Seems comfortable enough, but it's huge and has many different pieces.  I'd wonder if I would constantly have to reposition/adjust them.

Hmmm - I thought it was basically a couch, a corner piece, a love seat, and an ottoman.  Are there more pieces than that?  To the PP who owns this, do they lock together the way most sectionals do?

I don't know how on earth I would ever convince DH of this purchase but it's SUCH a good deal.  I guess it's a moot point if it doesn't come to Denver-ish.

it's very similar to the one I have been eyeing at IKEA but about $300 cheaper.

I think you're right about the pieces.  The display looked kind of spaced out.  Not sure if it was on purpose, or if it was moving around on the cement floor...like it night not be a problem on carpet.

call the Arvada store at 52nd and Wads.  I was there 2 days ago and think I saw one that looked like this but not 100% positive.

I saw it at the Sheridan store as well in December. Not sure if it still there, but it was way cute!

Mine locks- it's two pieces that lock together.  No shifting whatsoever.

 Ours did not come withe ottoman.

DH and I saw it in MO when we were there over Christmas and we both really liked it.  We looked for it as soon as we got back to CO but haven't seen it

A girlfriend here has it in her basement.  I saw it about 2 weeks ago here in MT and when I went yesterday it was gone.  I asked someone and they said they had "Sold out really fast and should be getting a new furniture line in a couple weeks."

I called Arvada and Havana and both of them only have the smaller tan one.  If anyone has a reason to go to Costco and they want to check it out, I'd love you for it!  It's definitely big and grey.  TIA!

Ok - I called them all and they only have the small tan one.  I asked the guy if there's a way to tell if they will be getting it in stock and he said that Costco only sells couches from after Christmas until about this time of year.  They won't be getting anything in stock until after Christmas.  They move onto patio furniture and stuff like that.  

Ugh - Here's to next year!

We went to the Southwest Denver Costco tonight. They only had the brown one.

That's a bummer that they won't be getting it!  Maybe you could call the stores in Colorado Springs? 

Hopefully they have it next year and hopefully I win the lottery or something by then, because that couch would be so perfect in my living room!

This is actually kind of good news for me (if they have it again next year) since I would love something like this in our new house, wherever that may be, but I was already trying to figure out how I could store it for 5 months since it would NOT fit in our current teeny apartment!

It's actually terrible timing for us since we'll likely move sometime this summer.  Plus, DH was surprisingly willing to go look at it but I'm it's not a good time to purchase a couch (even if the price is amazing).  Hopefully it will be back next year.
