Harness advice (Cat)

Although she is currently living with my parents until I can get out of my lease (or possibly permanently - she adjusted to a pair of 50 lb. puppies better than to DH, and has started sleeping on my mom, so I may let her stay where she has always been even though it hurts me), I'm having a new issue with Leah, my 5.6 lb. medium haired cat. She has always acted more like a dog and been fairly well-behaved. She plays fetch, knows several tricks, is an angel at the groomer, etc. When she was a baby my parents had an older dog who she tried to follow out, so I harness-trained her so they could both go on leashes. Obviously I have never let her out alone or off-leash. When the dog died, Leah stopped wanting out. Now that my parents have two large puppies (lab-rottweiler), she wants out with them. She's great on leash but I'm worried that because she's so small she could wriggle out of her harness. Have any of you had experience with leash trained cats? What kind of harness do you use? Would a toy breed harness be stronger than the cat ones? Does anyone have a brand recommendation? Am I just being paranoid, considering she never tries to get free? I could be overreacting because I'm not there. Thanks!
