a few days ago I went through all of the baby stuff I had been saving and sold it. A day or two later Mia gave me a picture of 3 hearts that she said stood for me, dh & herself. Finding that ridiculously appropriate, I took some of the $$ we got for the baby stuff and got her drawing tattooed on my arm. I love it and can't stop looking at it

Love it! And that's coming from a non-tattoo girl. I think if you are going to get them they should have a serious story behind them and this is perfect!!

I love it! And I never got to respond to your other post. But I know all too well how you are feeling. I had 4 failed IUIs and a failed iVF. I gave away a lot of my baby clothes. I had completely given up hope that I would have another child. I resigned to the fact that it's ok. I have a perfectly healthy little girl. 3 months later I found out I was pregnant with my son. I'm not telling you that to give you false hope or anything. But just wanted to share my experience and let you know your feelings are normal and I can relate. Mia sounds like an awesome kid!!

Thanks guys! It was just to appropriate not to get. She (obviously) has no idea what's been going on in terms of the fertility crap so for her to give me that picture right at that time was just exactly what I needed. And yeah, she was ridiculously excited to see it when I got home.

I've heard this from quite a few people. It's not going to do me any good to hope for it but I'll certainly take it if it happens.
