Brazil Butt Lift
I keep seeing the infomercials for this workout video...anyone tried it? liked it? I'm in pretty decent shape, just looking for something fun/different. I used to play volleyball competitively and since I've gotten my new job there is no time. Looking for a fun, but effective lower body workout. Thanks for any information!!
