ISO: chocolate pb cupcakes
Hi all!! My brother's birthday is this week. I want to make chocolate cupcakes with pb frosting. I was also thinking of using that cone tool to put more pb in the center if the icing. I'm going to garnish with mini chips or choc shavings.
1. What are some good recipes for this?
2. Is that cone tool hard to do? Messy? Does it leak into the cupcakes? If I fill them do I need to keep refrigerated?
3. Any other thoughts/tips. I'm going to google but I usually get amazing recipes from you ladies. Thanks so much!!

I meant fill the center of the cupcake with more icing.
And does it look like it has a hole in it or does the icing cover that fairly well?
