I do whole wheat eggo waffles, fruit and light syrup.

I like yogurt with granola or oatmeal with fruit.  I've been known to eat both in the car on my way to work.

Steel cut oatmeal. I make a batch in the crock pot on Sundays and have it all week.

Eggs whites with mushrooms, spinach and bell peppers. Add a little salsa on top for more flavor.

Clif bars and chai are my breakfast staple, and I eat them on the way to work.

I also ditto the Clif bars.  I don't make enough time the night before or the morning of getting off to work so I keep a box of these in my car and eat one on the way to work.

Turkey sausage and fruit is our stand by in this house.  We also do whole wheat Eggos with strawberry cream cheese and fruit almost as often.  Yogurt and fruit comes in third.  I'm all about fast and easy during the week.

*  multigrain instant oatmeal with flax (make with lowfat milk), fresh berries, sliced almonds, cinnamon and a bit of agave nectar

*  scrambled egg whites with fresh tomatoes and basil in a whole grain pita

I'm on a quinoa kick!  I cook it in the microwave at night and reheat in the morning.  Today I mixed in cranberries and brown sugar.  What I have packed for tomorrow is mixed with apple sauce, apples and ginger

I also like to mix egg whites with oats and cinnamon and cook kind of like a pancake and top with preserves or apple sauce.  Sounds weird but I love it.

I made freezer breakfast burritos for maternity leave and they were awesome
