Bday gifts for 4 yr old boys
Is there some catch all item 4 yr old boys like? We need gifts for those two parties - and they boys are really different and we don't know either well (my friends kids, few get togethers a year sort of thing)
Last year we got one a phineas and fern bathing suit and sunglasses since he lived the show and the other a superhero pj set with coordinating book
I don't want to ask the moms what characters they like because it sent me on a wild goose chase last year
Whats a fun and easy to get gift for this age? I'm clueless with boys!

Jack just turned 4 on Saturday... never fail presents:
1. cars/trucks/trains
2. dinosaurs
3. anything Super Hero-- Batman, Spiderman, etc.
Hex Bugs with a track
Lego anything
Science kits - they have a zillion types
Marble mazes
Puzzles
Star Wars anything
It truly is the most magical place on earth! Disney 2011
This is different - we're ginba look for this. Dh builds rockets and launches them with kids when we have friends over - they all love it
