I did a 16 minute interval workout designed by Jillian Michaels that I found online yesterday, so about 20 minutes total with breaks between the intervals and some stretching at the end. Later today I'll do another 10-15 minutes with DD, who has daily physical challenges as part of her Tae Kwon Do black belt testing preparation (she does 50 crunches, 50 pushups, 50 jump ropes, 50 high knees, 12 mountain climbers, 100 jumping jacks, 100 kicks, and a few other things).
ETA: DD decided to do extra work and add in some of the required running that we'd been saving for warmer weather. So we hit the trail and knocked out a half mile, not bad IMO for an 8 year old with no real running experience. :-)

Upcoming Races:
3/11 - Tom King Half Marathon 5/6 - Flying Pig Marathon
I went to a kettlebell class this morning, which involved 4 circuits of 45 sec work/15 sec rest with intervals of 1. hitting a tire with a sledgehammer, 2. making waves with heavy ropes, 3. squats with a sandbag, 4. kettlebell swings, 5. burpees. I have a group run tonight and will probably do around 4 miles.
