1. How much more beneficial is running compared to walking?
2. What do you consider corn...veggie or starch?
3. What are some foods you eat for dinner? I feel like I am always making the same things.
TIA! Sorry for no paragraphs, on iPhone!

Re: Couple of questions...
1. Running has higher impact (each knee can take 3x the body's weight during a stride). Running involves jumping and leaving the ground repeatedly, which requires more expenditure of energy, which burns more calories. Check out this article.
2. The American Diabetic Association classifies corn and potatoes as starch.
3. We had "Chicken" (tofu) A La King (recipe from Clean Eating Magazine) for dinner last night. Subbed tofu for chicken, soy milk for dairy milk, and veggie broth for chicken broth.

1. http://health.ninemsn.com.au/whatsgoodforyou/theshow/694482/walking-versus-running-151-whats-better That should answer it.
2. Corn is a starch. End of discussion.
3. The last thing I made was a Garlic and Kale soup complete with shittake mushrooms. Last night I went by some friends house and they made a vegetable stir fry- with red cabbage, yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach and carrots.
1. How much more beneficial is running compared to walking? Depends, if you have crappy knees, then walking is better. For more calorie-burning, running.
2. What do you consider corn...veggie or starch? Starch
3. What are some foods you eat for dinner? I am Asian so lots of stir-fry stuff, although lately I've been modifying to use the slow-cooker due to time and ease. I also eat lots and lots of tofu. If you need ideas, I use these recipes as base and go with any alterations you want from there:
