lunch before a show with a 5 yr old (recs)

i am procrastinating today. but i am taking belle to see beauty and the beast in june. its 2 pm show. any thoughts on metro accessible places to take her thats kid friendly (and mama hates chinese) and she dislikes spicy.

thoughts?

i want to make this a very fun mom and daughter day so i thought lunch somewhere in dc would be fun

  • oh and the show is at the national theatre
  • Elephant and Castle if she likes burgers.  That's a short walk.  There's also Ollie's Trolley - never eaten there myself, but people say good things.  Slightly more upscale is Chef Geoffs and M&S Grill.
    Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.
