So I just finished watching the latest episode and I'm a bit confused. I feel like I missed an episode because everything was out of wack.
1. When and how did Nico get back in the picture? Wasn't he sent back home
2. I though Laura already lost her virginity to the black sailor from a few episodes episodes ago.
3. Also, Laura already had some nude photos taken before she became a stewardess right?

That episode should have aired a while ago. It was out of order. This is what wikipedia has to say about it:
The narrative of this episode takes place between "The Genuine Article" and "Truth or Dare". "Romance Languages" had originally been scheduled[17] to air on November 6, 2011 (one week after "The Genuine Article"), but ABC instead aired "Truth or Dare" on that date.[18][19] ABC aired "Romance Languages" three months later, opposite the Grammy Awards on CBS,[20] with no in-story explanation for the out-of-order action, except for Dean's telling Ginny he's in love with Colette and Laura's nude pictures being shown.[21]
