Question about calorie tracking
I know I've seen this on here before, but can't remember the answer. Which calorie tracking websites adjust for breastfeeding? TIA!!
Re: Question about calorie tracking
I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but I'd probably just choose a site that you like using for the long-term (or stick with the one you already use if you have one), then customize your calorie goals accordingly. Kellymom says you need about 300 to 500 extra calories per day when BF-ing exclusively.
I was already used to using Sparkpeople when I got pregnant, so I just adjusted my nutrition goals for pregnancy and for BF, and that worked the best for me. GL!
