As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If anyone has a therapist recommendation in the Bergen/Essex/Hudson/Passaic area, please let me know.....someone who might have PPD experience is preferred. TIA

MH used to see Julia Turovsky. He switched because she was mostly at the office that wasn't real close to us and he had a driving issue. She has a couple of offices but it sounds like you may be closer to her Millburn office. She's a PhD and has lots of experience treating depression and anxiety disorders.
