So when Coop was itty bitty, he loved him some Snug A Baby swing. It is a fixture in the nursery, and when we were in the "re-living the same 3 hours over and over again" phase of newborn care, we always had the soft plinky-plunky music going as we rocked away or snoozed in the dim, cozy nursery.
Bottom line - Keri is addicted to the plinky-plunky music. Nothing else will do. I have checked FP's CDs out, and none of them seem to be the same music.
I confess, I can't let my swing go (to the used store or my parents' basement or whatever,) because I just love that music.
So - is there some way I could record it? Do people even do that anymore? Is there a better way to do it then when I used to make copies of tapes by putting my sister's boom box facing mine and taping from one to the other.
I need an enabler to make my snug-a-bunny tune addiction ok.
Anyone?
Re: Possibly the silliest "technical" question ever posed around here
You have an iphone right? Or am I imagining that?
It has a voice memo recorder you could use.
I'd imagine other type of phones have the same kind of thing.
Edit: I feel dumb. I know better than to think you have an iphone. Sorreh! Anyway, smartphone voice recorder.
Is it like a music box? Can you find the same song on a music box?
Andrea has a good idea to record on your phone. You can have it as your ringtone
PAIF and SAIF welcome. IVF questions welcome, too.
No iStuff at Todds_house.
But that is what I was wondering, is there something free standing that I could record it on - like a digital voice recorder? If so, could I transfer it to a computer after?
And am I impossibly lame for not being able to give up the snug-a-bunny swing, or for considering taking it's insides out and leaving it a shell of a swing forever?
Oh Keri.

It's NBD. Really - and I don't know if J will let it go for longer then it takes to record and download. He uses it a LOT for fighter interviews, so while I know he'll have no problem with you giving it a try, I'm betting he won't want it gone for long

Sounds like an excuse for a HH. Maybe Antonio can help?
P, you are one smart cookie. I agree!
