My SIL is finally having these babies!!!
She's due the 29th with twins, yea next week is her due date and she's had little to no progress at all so Thursday she is having a scheduled c-section. Poor woman has been dragging these big babies around! Baby is about 6.13 lbs and Baby B is 6.11 lbs.
Both my kids were smaller than that and they were singletons!
Re: My SIL is finally having these babies!!!
Nope! But they are the king and queen of procrastination. They chose their wedding song 5 minutes before they danced to it......AND they just started looking for a car for her YESTERDAY.
omg, i remember the end. that was TERRIBLE. i would just sit there and cry. standing hurt, sitting hurt, laying down hurt. ugh.
is the 29th her real due date or her twin due date??
Nope, her REAL due date...she'll be 39 weeks on Thursday.
i am seriously shocked they let her go this long. that's kind of against protocol lately. they don't usually let multiples go past 38 weeks these days. poor thing!
i am dying about the car. marty went wiggitywack in august (i was due in november) about getting a car. it was on my to-do list but not high up enough for him. lol. i think he was nesting more than i was
tell them the pilot is a dream.
I guess some docs do but her's is laid back and both babies were head down..It was up to her and her whole thing is she didnt want to have one vaginally then have to have a c-section if the other one turned. And both babies are healthy and fine and happy to stay in the womb. lol
I told them the pilot but it was out of their price range. my brother is being a weenie about having the seat up further than he would like since he is pretty tall and so is she. I told them to suck it up for a year.
Don't laugh, they are pretty sure they are buying an 08 Cadillac DTS since it has a huge backseat and fits the carseats comfortably! a total old person car!
This...I had mine at 37w3d and I was miserable..can't imagine going 2 more week. Good luck to them!
the used ones aren't bad. not great but within our price range. and yes, i am laughing that they need a caddy!
I am surprised as well that they let her go the long! I assume she has been having NST and BPP's regularly though! I had my twins at 36wk4days (I was scheduled for 37 weeks though) and Preston was 6lbs3oz and Jordana 7lbs 10oz. The ultrasound the day before said Preston was 6lbs and Jordana was just shy of 7lbs!
I really doubt that that applies to multiples. It makes sense for a singleton.
