Kitchen & Bath Showrooms?
DH & I just bought a house that is early on in the construction phase. The house is in Iowa City. We are early enough to still get to make some of our own choices for the interior. We were hoping to look around at some builder supply type places here and then travel to IA City only a couple times to actually make selections with the builder. Any recommendations of places that have nice show room areas or lots of product to look at?

This. Unfortunately the local "showrooms" are very disappointing I think, at least if you want anything current. I must have different taste that what the vendors are selling b/c i never saw anything I liked in person. Instead, i picked out of magazines and online (just discovered houzz, wish i knew of it then!) and presented our builder with my choices. as far as finishes like faucets, lighting, etc. I ordered all of that online as well.
That is good to know. I hated to go driving all over town from store to store if there weren't great models to see to get ideas. Thanks for the sites! We weren't planning on getting a house that was so early on in the process but now that we have the ability to make choice about the house we have to make them quickly! Off to browse more pictures!
