Droid: Saving contacts to phone or SIM?
I didn't have time to convert my contacts from my iphone to my droid when I bought it...so now I'm trying to figure out what to do with them. I have the option of saving to my phone or the SIM card...which is best? Does it matter? Also, somehow my gmail, linked in and facebook contacts were added to the phone. Is there anyway to delete all of them or do I need to go one by one? I have a Samsung Droid Charge if it makes a difference
Re: Droid: Saving contacts to phone or SIM?
If you save to SIM you can only save the person's name and phone number. If you save to your phone you can store their email address, birthday, photo, and everything else.
Your phone should have display options and you can turn off Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
If you have a Google account you can backup all the contacts on your phone to your Google account. I think it's called Google Connect?
