Eh, probably nothing. DH works and I some how am still full from lunch. I'm making chocolate covered fudgey brownie bites tonight to mail to my little bro, so I'll probably just snack on cheese and crackers or something.

It was supposed to be tortellini kale soup, but my grocery store was out of kale.  I think I'm going to make tortellini soup with carrots, peas, and leeks instead...with red onion instead of leeks.

DH had invited some coworkers over after work for beers/appetizers, but apparently all 3 of them can't make it. grrr .... so since I already bought the stuff for Grilled Sriracha ?Poppers?, homemade hummus & crostini, olives, and charcuterie, I guess we're having apps and beer for dinner! Oh darn.  I'll probably add a mixed greens salad too so we have something else healthy.

I'm out of town for work and my options nearby don't look overly promising. I may head downtown and grab something at a local brewpub that I've been to a few times. Their veggie burgers and sweet potato fries are pretty tasty.

Not sure, DH mentioned last night that a client might be taking us out to dinner tonight, and I can't reach him on the phone.  If not, we might just have cereal.

I had shrimp & grits on the menu but don't feel like messing with it now, so that will be tomorrow night.

In honor of Mardi Gras, I'm making Zatarain's (lol) with sausage and shrimp. Salads on the side. Surely some sort of alcohol will find its way in there, as well.
