Shell's online job application is a PITA
OMG it is driving me nuts. Some fields are optional in the directions but then when you go to move to the next page it says it is mandatory. The thing is they don't apply to me or make any sense to fill out and there is no "n/a" option. This job search is driving me nuts! I just want a real FT freaking job already!

I absolutely loathe online job submissions. They always seem to take longer because of the clunky fillable forms.
