Question about prepping cheesecake

Can I prep mini cheesecakes tonight and serve them on Thursday? I am concerned about the crust getting soggy. Would I be better off making them tomorrow night?

Thanks!

Re: Question about prepping cheesecake

  • Cheesecakes usually keep pretty well for at least a couple of days, so I wouldn't have any problem with making them two days in advance. What type of crust are you using? That may change my answer.
