You know that magical time
for a day or two, where you just KNOW your period is coming soon...and it's taunting you?
"Yeeeeah, maybe I'll show up during a meeting. Maybe during the gym. Maybe I'll wait a few more days instead, betch. Wear a pantiliner 24/7, sucka, because I'll pop up whenever I want."
Gah. TAKE ME OUT OF MY MISERY, ALREADY
Look with your special eyes.
Re: You know that magical time
YES.
The last few months, I've only been 3.5 weeks from the beginning of my last period to the beginning of my current period. Two periods in January. So who the hell knows with this one coming up.
Maybe it's time for birth control again. This is ridiculous.
Mine likes to visit a special brand of torture in the form of migraines & crazy breast tenderness a couple days before. Since DD the cramps have been insane.
Wine has become my friend once DD is out in her sleeper during these times. Thank God she STTN or I would be a biotch on wheels.
Get Mirena! Seriously!
I haven't had kids so I was pretty sure I was going to die when she put it in, but it's been soooo worth it. I haven't had a period beyond a day of light spotting since November. Also, no remembering to take pills. It's just in there, doing its thing, for FIVE years.
The only downside is DH can uh... feel it sometimes. So he'll randomly declare, "good news, it's still in there" at inopportune moments. Apparently though it all depends on cervix position and that so it's not all the time.
And wha-BAM, it appeared this morning. Cramps are insane!
The last time I was on the pill was over a year ago, and only for a month because I became a mental hosebeast. IUD may be better for me, but my doc is iffy on them since I haven't had kids, either. Next time I see her maybe I'll bring it up again.
ME TOO. We are period twins lol.
Yippee. :-D
Oh, btw, I've had a pap done when on my period. It was very light, though.
